Braised Hummingbird Tongues

Ingredients:

15 or 16 medium hummingbird tongues, thawed
1 Cup soy sauce
3 TBS honey
16 tsp crushed catnip (any variety)

Instructions:

Combine soy sauce, honey and catnip
Pour over hummingbird tongues
Let marinade in refrigerator overnight
Drain off excess marinade
Arrange on hot grille, turn frequently
Serve with a garnish of lawn grass
