Chocolate Mouse

Ingredients:
15 small-medium mice with heads attached
3cups fish oil for frying (salmon is best)
5 oz pure dark chocolate bar
sea salt
1/2 freeze-dried tuna for garnish
Directions:
Heat chocolate over low heat till soft
Pat mouse bodies to dry out
Plunge 5 mice at at time into heated fish oil
Fry until crispy and toasty
Hold mice tails, dip heads into chocolate
Swirl around till lightly coated
Roll in tuna flakes
Set on rack to cool
(Canned or frozen mice will work if you don't have any fresh).
