Dear Mayor Whiskers,

I am writing as a concerned catizen. Over the last few weeks I have noticed that dogs have begun to desecrate some of our best climbing trees by using them as litter boxes! This is totally unacceptable and if perists, could damage out beautiful community.

I am hoping that you take this situation seriously and alert our police to be proactive and remove these intruders.
