They Answer the Phone
When you have a problem with hosting, it's really nice when someone answers the phone. A chat is ok, but having a real voice to talk to is even better.
Lately, I've needed to call Godaddy a few times in the middle of the night. How surprising that after only a few minutes, there is someone on the line to answer my question.
No matter how obvious my question, the Godaddy phone people are always so pleasant and patient that it's tempting to just hang around and chat. Although their prices are low, it's the person on the end of the phone that keeps me around as a customer
